We run a winter series of duathlons – run/bike/run races. Events around the Island between October and April. The normal format is a run (sometimes road, sometimes off-road) of between 3km and 6km followed by a bike (always road) of between 12km and 30km and then a run again. All routes are signposted and


Swimming is the shortest discipline in triathlon, but it is often the part that stops people moving into Triathlon. For many it is the the most stressful element of the race and understandably so. Wight Tri have pool based coached swim sessions every week throughout the winter, starting at the end

Splash and Dash

We run a summer series of aquathons - we call them a Splash 'n' Dash. Five events at different beach locations around the Island between June and August. The normal format is a sea swim of between 400m and 1000m followed by a run of between 3km and 6km. The events are


Wight Tri provided regular pool or sea coached swim sessions throughout most of the year. We also organise group cycle rides, have links with the Island's main cycling club and arrange weekend training camps periodically.
