Great idea to bring new club kit to our house on Sunday. We'll have lots of space, good light and plenty of time to have a proper look. We are not on internet at the moment as our modem stopped working! If you need to speak to us please use the phone (I am typing this in Cafe Republic in Newport...). According to the size chart for the cycle top, I am a XL.

The XL top I tried on fits me just fine.

I normally buy UK large, but the size chart is european so me measuring as XL on their chart makes sense.

So the advice is to measure yourself against the size chart and don't be suprised if you 'measure' a size larger than normal.

Now that is a good idea. I'll bring the samples to Bill & Nina's Duathlon.

If people want to view them before then, please let me know.

We have been sent the following samples:
Short Sleeve Jersey - UK Large,
Training Jacket - UK Large,
Bib Shorts - UK Medium,
Ladies Tri suit - UK Small
Ladies Tri Suit - says XL maybe UK Large

Also the exchange rate might change. So the easiest way is to pay a flat fee as a deposit and we will sort out the difference once we get the full invoice. Cheers Andy

Would you post the review on the forum.

I'm always skeptical about magazine reviews as I feel the score could be linked to advertisment payments. The more you advertise with in a magazine, the better the score for you products? I'm sure 220 are impartial though...

Liz,

I will ask. I did ask for a sample tri suit buit its not arrived yet. We will no doubt have to order spare ladies kit. For example if we have an order for 4 tri suits then I would ask the club to order a fifth to reduce the surcharge. We can make the spare kit a different size to what you ordered so you can always do a swap. I'll ask again for samples but we also need to get an order in fairly quick for the start of the season.

Just me again. I have just looked on the carvalho website and the trisuits and shorts do sound good and certainly female specific. with regards to chamois pads etc However, the sizing is a bit questionable so it would be really good if you could get a couple of sizes of each so that we can get it right. Would it be possible for them to send us a small and a medium of each of female trisuit, short and top as I would think that would suit most of the girls in the club or maybe we could also ask for a large as well.
I know this sounds cheeky but we girls are ultra hard to please!!! And as you can see from the website, even the manufacturers had difficulty in getting it right for the female designs.
Please, please,please can you do this for us!!!!

Hi Andy

I would like to order the trisuit and shorts and short sleeve cycle top. However, I don't want to order any until I see what the tri suit and shorts are like as my experience with female shorts and trisuits haven't been too great, eg the comfort pad in them have been huge and totally not suitable for females.
You mentioned earlier that you would receive a sample of the tri suit. Is this still happening and if so can you ask for them to send a female sample of trisuit and shorts as well. I really don't want to order and then have to return.

And here is the order form....

1. Fill out the lower part of the order form ( item quantity and size required).

2. Email the order form to Gringo (Andy) by the 15th March.

3. Send a deposit of £30 per item, £50 per tri suit to Helen.

4. The remaining balance will be due when the order is delivered ( usually 3-4 weeks after the order is placed)
