Better than last year when I got stuck in my big chain ring, knackered my knee and spend all winter injured!!

2010 Club Championship

The Beach, Totland Bay, PO39 0BQ

2010 Club Championship!

Try and get there for 0730.

It will be based on nominated times, so everyone has a chance of winning. There will be both a long course and a short course, both starting at the pier in Totland Bay. The long course is 1500m open water swim, 30m bike to Blackgang roundabout and back and 6m run to Needles Battery and back.

The short course is 750m open water swim, 18.5m bike to Brighstone church/ Military Road/ Brook and back and 4m run to Alum Bay roundabout and back.

There will be safety cover for the swim (me on a kayak) and a sweeper van to pick up anyone with mechanical issues/ punctures.
