Follow Military road until Chine Farm campsite. Left turn onto Chine Lane, left turn onto Thorncross Lane, follow Thorness Lane right and then left onto Wicken Lane. Follow the road around to the right onto Emmett Hill and turn left at Beckfield Cross onto Kingston Road. Follow this road into Shorwell, turn left onto Walkers Lane. Follow this road back to Brighstone. Turn left onto Warnes Lane. This is eliminate congestion on the footpath. The event will begin on the footpath on the south side of wilberforce rd. Run to the end of Wilberforce Road and right turn onto Galley lane. Run to the end of Galley Lane onto Main Road and immediate left onto Chilton Lane. Along Chilton Lane until signpost for Bridleway BS62, left turn onto this footpath. Continue on footpath until Galley Lane and straight over road to continue on footpath.
