Swimming is the shortest discipline in triathlon, but it is often the part that stops people moving into Triathlon. For many it is the the most stressful element of the race and understandably so.

Wight Tri have pool based coached swim sessions every week throughout the winter, starting at the end of September through to May.

From April we start dipping into the sea and by May we have twice weekly open water swim training sessions, through until late September.
