Swim / Run from Cowes Green - meet at Cowes Green by the Mornington Road Junction.

Registration 18:00 in the water at 18:30. You must wear a brightly coloured swimming hat for the swim section of the event.

250m or 500m swim followed by 2.5km or 5km run.
