Short run 3.9km. Out from transition through forest. At large crossing turn left. Continue and through gate onto down. Left again to return over the top to transition.

Long run 5.8km. As short run, left at large crossing. Before gate turn right and drop down to Brook Shute. Right and the right again at brow of hill to return back over the down to transition.

Bike 10.9km lap. Down Lynch Lane to Calbourne. Left to Chessell on Middle Road and the second left (main junction) onto Brook Shute. Over and back towards Brighstone until left turn up Strawberry Lane. Once or twice.
