Run 2.5k or 5k mainly tarmac with bit of off-road Bike 1x 19k loop Carisbrooke/ Shorwell/Chillerton and return. Members only £5 entry

Run, loop around the castle. From transition down Froglands Lane, right at the bottom, across the ford and then right into Millers Lane. Right up Castle Lane and then left to drop down Castle Hill to the lowest point. Right up the Shrubbery and then left then right to return to transition. 2.5km once or twice
BIKE
19km
Bike - left out of transition, across roundabout and left on main Carisbrooke Road. At Waverley roundabout left and then all the way out to Shorwell. Left at roundabout and then left again after Kingston to return to transition via Chillerton. Single 19km loop ONCE!
